Riverview‘s Subacute Rehab program offers a person-centered approach to meet your diverse needs while recovering from a hospital stay at our skilled nursing facility. We have in-house Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy via Reliant Rehab. Our care team is all encompassing and utilizes an interdisciplinary approach in your Medical Care. From Insurance coverage with the Business office to your return home set up by our Social Worker and Case Manager, we’ve got you covered!
